System Administrator / DevOps Engineer with Java skills (f/m/d)

We are looking for a dedicated System Administrator / DevOps Engineer (f/m/d) to enhance our IT infrastructure and services in full-time with immediate effect. This role involves a significant focus on Linux servers, network configuration, and various IT tools and platforms administration.
Do you like variety in your job? Then we would be happy if you help us with the Java development of our software products. Together we will find the right balance between both jobs.
Your areas of responsibility
- Linux server installation and administration
- LAN and WLAN configuration and management
- Support and configuration of firewall, NGINX, Atlassian Suite (Jira, Confluence, BitBucket, Crowd), Jenkins, Sonatype Nexus, SonarQube, OpenLDAP, SVN, TestLink, Weclapp
- ESXi configuration and administration
- Assistance in automating routine tasks
- Planning software updates and hardware maintenance
- Setting up monitoring tools
- Managing backup/restore procedures
Your qualification
- Proficient in Linux server administration
- Knowledge in virtualization, network technology, web services, and hosting
- Experience with Docker and Kubernetes is a plus
- Experience in IT infrastructure setup and operation
- Familiarity with MikroTik/RouterOS
- Programming skills, especially in Python and Bash
- Good knowledge of German and English, Russian is an advantage
- Optional: Professional experience in development with Core Java
